Here at Charlotte's Wooff Pack we provide dog walking, grooming, home drop-ins and pet taxi services for your four legged friends.

Dog Walking 

Upon appointment, we offer a free consultation prior to the first walk to meet you and your dog. You will be asked to fill in our Dog and Owner information care form. Alternatively, we can send you the care form via email prior to the first walk. This just ensures we have your contact details and details of your dog. This involves 5 minutes of your time to fill out to ensure that we can go ahead with the walk.

All information will be kept confidential. 

All Solo / paired walks, no pack walking.

Dog Grooming 

When booking your dog  in with Charlotte's Wooff Pack we will do our best to accommodate you in as soon as possible. We also offer a free pick up and drop off service within a 5 mile radius of Headley. Beyond this distance we charge £5 each way so you don't have to worry about transport.

Pet Home Drop-ins

Whether you have a puppy that requires frequent feeding and toilet breaks or a cat that needs a feed and clean up, or even a senior dog who needs medication, our home drop-in visits will be just what your pet needs.

Pet Taxi 

This service is to provide transport to and from the vets for your pet when you can't. Charlotte's Wooff Pack will pick up and drop off your pet at the vets in time for their appointment. We will even pick up any medication needed and drop it off for you. 

• Pet taxi £7 plus mileage.​

Terms and Conditions

1. On signature of contract the owner agrees to all terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
2. No booking will become final until a consultation has been done and all contact details have been given.
3. Clients should provide all the necessary accessories for the dog whilst in my care. This may include a collar, harness(optional), lead, medication if any and a coat (optional) if the weather is bad. We supply fresh water, poo bags and spare accessories if needed. If any accessory was to break Charlotte's Wooff Pack are not to be held liable.
4. For the best interest of the dog, personal details and emergency contacts should be given in case of an emergency or in case any injury or accident was to occur within our care.
5. Any vet bills will be added as an additional cost to the walk or groom payment.
6. Your dog must be up to date on all worming, tic and flea treatments and annual vaccinations.
7. The dog must have a correctly fitted collar or harness with a ID tag on it. Under the Control of dog’s order 1992.
8. The dog must be microchipped.
9. If you decide to have a free consultation this must be arranged prior to a walk to ensure there is enough time. 
10. If your dog is found with fleas the groom will be cancelled and the price of the groom will still need to be paid.
11. Bank holidays and weekends will be charged time and a half. 

Cancellation Policy

1. If a cancellation is needed a phone call or email should be sent to give warning, 48hrs in advance. If not, you will have to pay the original walking, grooming, drop in  or taxi fee.
2. You will be deemed to have accepted our charges upon confirmation of your booking.
